Adult Cooking Classes

Red Velvet Everything                             February 6th                6pm                 $65

Red is the color of the month and what better way to participate but to make Red Velvet Recipes from drinks, to breakfast foods, to desserts?  We will have fun and practice a variety of baking and cooking skills

Couple’s Bento Box                                     February 8th               6pm                 $95 per couple

Gemma is back with a new class.  We will make traditional Japanese bento boxes!

Bourbon and Honey                                  February 16th              6pm                 $65

Bourbon and honey are a perfect pairing and we will make a menu that includes Bourbon Marinated Open-Faced Steak Sandwiches; Bourbon Infused Tomatoes and Onions; Bourbon Honey Butter Roasted Vegetables; and even a treat for the next morning!

Winter Warming Meal                              February 20th              6pm                 $65

Bryant put together a winter menu that goes beyond soups and stews.  Included are: Roasted Chicken; Chorizo, Sweet Potato, and Cheese Strata; and Broccoli Basil Mac and Cheese.

Pasta and Parents                                      February 21st              5:30pm            $65 per pair

Parents and kids will get together to create a pasta party! We will make homemade fettuccine, gnocchi, and ravioli to be topped with either gorgonzola sauce, browned butter balsamic sauce, or alfredo sauce. Find out how easy it is to make homemade pasta.

Mardi Gras                                                 March 1st                     6pm                 $65

We are making traditional Creole foods that include: Corn Cakes with Caviar; New Potato and Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Dressing; Crawfish Fettuccine; Popcorn Shrimp; and Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce.

Dinner with Bryant                                    March 13th                   6pm                 $65

Always creative, Bryant will bring his international eclectic style to this meal.  Menu TBA

Meatless Main Dishes                               March 15th                   6pm                 $65

Need more meatless main dishes in your meal rotations?  This is the class!  Menu includes: Caramelized Scallops with Sun Dried Tomatoes; Stuffed Eggplant; Polenta and Zucchini Pie; and more.

Make and Take Ravioli                              March 27th                   6pm                 $65

Bring your containers so you can take home Meat, Cheese, and Mushroom Ravioli.  All from scratch.  Such a treat that you can have them every day once you learn how to make them.

Kid’s Classes

Warmin’ Up Winter

The kids will be in the kitchen making a menu perfect for warming up winter:  Chili and Chocolate Mousse are part of the menu.
