July classes

Food tastes better at the beach! In this class we will make Crab Cakes and Garlic Shrimp as our main courses! Grilled polenta salad and White Chocolate Raspberry Bread Pudding will round out the menu!

$65 per person includes hands on cooking instruction, all equipment and ingredients. Please wear close toed shoes for your safety. 

Is it really summer if you have not had a strawberry pie?  Learn to make a great pie in this class!

$25 per person includes hands-on cooking instruction, all ingredients and equipment. Please wear close toed shoes for your safety.

Gemma will be teaching us how to make sushi and Udon noodles with Dashi Broth. No need for takeout when you can learn cook Japanese for yourself! She hinted at some of the techniques…it will be a great class.

Ages 10 and up are invited to this camp to improve your baking skills. July 12th, we will have Cookie Lab and learn how ingredients affect a recipe. July 19th, we will make Cream Puffs as we master the Pat a Choux. On July 26th, we will use our skills to create unique Quick Breads and Muffins. Class begins at 6pm each week!

$90 per person is for all three weeks of hands-on instruction, all ingredients and equipment.

This will not be your average filet!  You will practice cooking a filet and making a sexy sauce to go with it.

Small Appetizers for that summer patio party ! Roasted Red Pepper Hummus with Veggie Skewer; Brie and Raspberry Bites and a crabtini cocktail.

Descriptions of classes below
This class will teach the proper way to cut a whole chicken, and look into the financial benefits of buying a whole chicken in comparison to already cut chicken, and all the other benefits that comes with it. We will also explore different cooking techniques for chicken from pan searing to roasting, to deep frying and making stock for soup.
Risotto can be tricky unless you know the technique. In class, you will learn the technique while making a white risotto with shrimp, scallions and Romano.
Love spring rolls? Want to learn how to make them at home? This is the class for you! We will make other Vietnamese dishes also: Shrimp Spring Rolls (not fried); Beef Stuffed Grape Leaves; Caramel Marinated Grilled Pork “Bun” Noodle Salad; and more.
This Italian dessert just may become your signature dessert after you come to this class. You will learn to thicken the sweetened cream with gelatin to make this molded dessert.
Need some help with Thai aromatic spices and rice noodles?  This is the class for you as you will make a traditional Chicken Pad Thai.
It’s soup and chili season! And we have you set with recipes to keep you warm. The menu includes: Instant Pot Zuppa Toscana; Loaded Sweet Potato Soup; Sausage and Lentil Soup; Barley Leek Soup with Mini Turkey Meatballs; and Minestrone.
Looking to add more meatless entrees into your diet. Come to class to get some exciting new ideas to add to your dinner rotations. The menu includes: Spaghetti Squash Frittata; Roasted Eggplant with Sicilian Beans; Leek and Potato Soup; and Roasted Root Vegetables with White Bean Sauce. More recipes being developed.
You won’t have to pay for take-out once you learn how to make your own cauliflower crust pizza!  We will have ingredients for you to make a red or white pizza with a variety of toppings.  This is perfect for a gluten-free diet!!
Cook from home and make this cozy dinner. These pork and ricotta meatballs are served in a Parmesan broth with peas and spinach. It’s comfort food at it’s best. Plan to watch your favorite movie for a great night in!
How many kinds of meatballs can kids make? In this class, they will make pork, lamb, chicken, and beef. It’s a great way to try something new! Ages 7 and up. Parents are welcome to accompany children ages 5-7 in this class.
