July classes

Food tastes better at the beach! In this class we will make Crab Cakes and Garlic Shrimp as our main courses! Grilled polenta salad and White Chocolate Raspberry Bread Pudding will round out the menu!

$65 per person includes hands on cooking instruction, all equipment and ingredients. Please wear close toed shoes for your safety. 

Is it really summer if you have not had a strawberry pie?  Learn to make a great pie in this class!

$25 per person includes hands-on cooking instruction, all ingredients and equipment. Please wear close toed shoes for your safety.

Gemma will be teaching us how to make sushi and Udon noodles with Dashi Broth. No need for takeout when you can learn cook Japanese for yourself! She hinted at some of the techniques…it will be a great class.

Ages 10 and up are invited to this camp to improve your baking skills. July 12th, we will have Cookie Lab and learn how ingredients affect a recipe. July 19th, we will make Cream Puffs as we master the Pat a Choux. On July 26th, we will use our skills to create unique Quick Breads and Muffins. Class begins at 6pm each week!

$90 per person is for all three weeks of hands-on instruction, all ingredients and equipment.

This will not be your average filet!  You will practice cooking a filet and making a sexy sauce to go with it.

Small Appetizers for that summer patio party ! Roasted Red Pepper Hummus with Veggie Skewer; Brie and Raspberry Bites and a crabtini cocktail.

Join us at Vintage Kitchen on September 28th to celebrate an authentic German Oktoberfest! Don’t forget to BYO favorite Oktoberfest beer to enjoy with dinner!!
