What is the best way for you to join us? Live online classes where we cook together while socializing via Zoom? Maybe you want to get ready for the holidays with in-person make and take ravioli classes? Want to offer an experience with family and friends with a private pasta make and take class? And don’t forget about the kids!…cupcake decorating with holiday theme or a mini cooking camp over the holiday break where we will make a hot chocolate recipe each day!
Don’t let 2020 get you down…finish the year strong by scheduling a private pasta making class with your family and friends. You pick the pasta you want to make and take home. You will have part of your holiday meal ready and create a memory while making it.
What will you make? Ravioli? Gnocchi? Manicotti? We can help you plan. Dates are available on a first come, first serve basis. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule.
While it might not be face to face, zoom cooking classes are the next best thing! Our online classes are interactive so students can ask questions and get personalized instruction in a small virtual setting.
All school aged children will have the opportunity for two classes per month, one cooking and one baking. Moms and dads can take a break from teaching/supervising the virtual instruction and let Vintage Kitchen instruct your kiddos to make meals. Nutritional content will be discussed during each lesson. The school-year classes are forming now. E-mail email@example.com to get on the mailing list for this enrollment.
Online classes are not just for the kiddos! Adults can also get in on the fun and instruction to learn new recipes. Our dinner virtual classes are family friendly. Reservations for this class are available at http://www.bookeo.com/vintagkitchen.
We are so excited to be re-opening. A few notes to consider:
Our classes will be limited to 8 people. Please bring your own apron or you can use one of our disposable aprons. We will be eating on our porch, or you are able to take your meal home. We will be using disposable utensils. Gloves will be provided for the class.
If you are not yet ready to join us in person, we will continue our online classes once per month.
The schedule is available on the Services and Schedule tab above.
It’s time to think about summer camps. We are fortunate that our camps fit within the recommended COVID-19 guidelines for Pennsylvania. That said, we will be limiting participation to eight children per camp.
All of our camps run from Monday to Thursday. Why not Friday? Two reasons: 1) by Friday the kiddos start getting tired, lose concentration, and that makes an increased risk of safety problems, and 2) sometimes families go away for an extended weekend.
Time of camp runs from 9am to noon. The cost is $125 per child. The cost includes 4 days (12 hours) of activities, all equipment and supplies. All the kids need to bring is a water bottle. Also, please make sure the children have on close toed shoes!
