September 22 Easy Weeknight Favorites 6pm $50
We will cook a selection of recipes from the book by the same name! All recipes will be fresh, quick, and fantastic.
September 28 Cooking with Essential Oils 6pm $50
Come and learn how to use essential oils while cooking some of your favorite dishes. This inaugural class has a special price…get it while you can!
October 4 Thai Food 6pm $65
Bryant will lead the class in making a Thai meal. You will be making Thai foods at home.
October 19 It’s Pumpkin Season 6pm $65
Pumpkin lovers rejoice! We will make recipes so you can get your fill of the fall favorite! I’m feeling Pumpkin Ravioli!
November 1 Soufflé Secrets 6pm $65
Once you learn the techniques, soufflés will become a go to dish. We will make Gorgonzola Soufflé, Chocolate Soufflé, and Crab Soufflé.
Kids Cooking Classes
October 25 New England Favorites
The kids will be cooking iconic New England foods. New England Clam Chowder and apple pie are on the menu!
5:30 pm $40 per person
There is still room left in two adult classes this month.
August 18th is the Friday Night Food Fight with the Slider Battle. Get a team together, or get teammates when you come. Class begins at 6pm. $40
Wednesday, August 23rd we will be Celebrating the Bounty and cooking farm to table recipes for this time of year. Class begins at 6pm. $65
All classes include hands-on cooking instruction, all ingredients and equipment. BYOB for participants over the age of 21.

August 18 Friday Night Food Fight 6pm $40
Participants will be split into teams (or you can bring your own team) and dual it out with slider recipes! It’s time to step up your burgers.
August 23 Celebrate the Bounty 6pm $65
Put farm to table into action in your own home! Bring out the best of the late summer and early fall in this class. The menu is: Roasted Eggplant with Sicilian Style Cannellini Beans; Corn Farrotto; Farmer’s Market Lasagna; MediterraneanVegetable Wedges; and Burrata and Strawberry Bruschetta.

August 7 Brownies, Bars, and Blondies 5:30 $40
We are making a variety of baked goods and combinations. Maybe even a healthy one! Be sure to wear closed-toed shoes.
August 14 Sticky Fingers 4-H Meeting 4:30 to 6:30 $5
It’s our regular monthly meeting. We will be taking new members in October.
While the kid’so camps take over Vintage Kitchen, don’t miss the adult class on July 19th. Bryant will lead a tasting menu from Anthony Bourdain’s cookbook so that you can “try it before you buy it” and you will want to buy it.
SIDE NOTE: Bryant did not buy the book…I gave it to him for Christmas!
The class cost is $50 per person and includes hands on cooking instruction, all ingredients and equipment.

June 9 Vegetarian Comfort Food 7pm $65
Adaptations to the usual burgers, pizza, macaroni and cheese, and unique snacks all made vegetarian and some vegan. Menu: Brown Butter Ramps and Mushrooms on Ricotta Crostini; Summer Vegetable Soup; Roasted Veggie Burgers with Carrot Ketchup; Zucchini Boat Pizzas; Vegan Broccoli Mac and Cheese.
June 14 Cooking with Crab 6pm $65
An encore presentation in case you missed the Crab class in April. Come hungry! The menu includes: Cioppino Style Roasted Crab; Corn and Crab Chowder; Crab Cakes with Remoulade; Crab and Gruyere Soufflé.
June 21 Vietnamese Cooking 6pm $65
Bryant will be leading this class and he is sure to have a great menu planned… Crab Spring Rolls and Lemongrass Soup are part of the menu!
June 30 Summer Salads 6pm $65
Potato salad is great, but how about bringing a new salad to your 4th of July party. Black rice, barley, and farro are some of the salad bases. The menu is: Barley Salad with Parsley and Walnuts; Summer Farro Salad; Black Rice with Mango and Peanuts; Orzo with Roasted Vegetables; and Sourthwest Quinoa and Grilled Corn Salad.
