Adult Cooking Classes

Mexican Madness                   May 2nd   6pm   $65

It is time to get your Cinco de Mayo menu ready! Let’s try some Cilantro-Avocado Margaritas; Shrimp in Chipotle Sauce; Homemade Tortillas; and more!

Essential Oils for Summer      May 23rd   6pm $65

Learn how to use essential oils in a variety of cooking preparations. You will get great flavors with this cooking technique. We will make Italian Chicken: Orange Tarts; Lemon Ricotta Pancakes; Spinach and Bacon Salad; and Spinach Pesto Pasta all using Young Living Essential Oils.

Summer Vegetarian Grill        June 6th 6pm $65

Bryant will lead us through awesome menu ideas to add more vegetarian options to our diets. You don’t need to be a vegetarian to come, just be open to new ideas. Menu TBA

Happy Hour                 June 16th 6pm             $30

Our signature Happy Hour…5 appetizers and 1 drink all surrounding a theme. The catch: the theme is a surprise until you get to Vintage Kitchen!

Cooking Crab              June 20th                     $65

If you missed it last year, don’t miss it again! We will cook: Corn and Crab Chowder: Crab Cakes; Crab Dip; Crab and Gruyere Soufflés; and Cioppino Style Crab Legs. Bring your appetite.

Kids Cooking Classes

Apron Strings Tour Hawaii                             April 25th 5:30pm $40

Hawaii is nice any time of year, but if you can’t be there, the kids can make you an Hawaiian meal. We will be making: Apple Banana Bread; Grilled Pork with Noodles; and Sweet and Sour Pineapple.

Brownies, Blondies, and Bars           May 29th 5:30pm $40

Get the bakers ready! We will make some great desserts. Bring a container to take some home! Menu is: Apple Blondies; Lemon Crumb Bars; Kit Kat Bars; Browned Butter Blondies; Nutella Brownies; and Extreme Cookie Brownies.

Summer Camps

Grillin’ and Chillin’         July 9, 10, 11, 12                            9am to noon         $125

We will spend four days making grilled entrees, sides and desserts along with frozen treats, chilled soup, and cool foods.

Make and Take           July 30, 31, August 1, 2                    9am to noon       $125

We will spend each 3-hour session making a food that the kids can bring home. (I think there may be sushi involved one day!)

All classes include hands-on cooking, all ingredients and equipment. Reservations Required 570-851-8521

4-H Meetings

We have two 4-H Clubs running at Vintage Kitchen. Sticky Fingers is an all-around cooking club and Cake Bosses is a cake decorating club. Call for details.
