Have you made a Bechamel, Veloute, or Epagnole sauce? How about Tomato or Hollandaise? We will make the 5 Classic Mother sauces along with a variation for each. This class will improve your cooking skills by leaps and bounds!

Class date: Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 6pm

$65 includes 3 hours of hands-on cooking, all ingredients and equipment and excellent tasting!

Reservations are required and secured with a 50% deposit.
