Love Fall Cooking Classes

Wednesday, October 25th at 6pm we will be exploring sweet potato preparations including two types of gnocchi; one that is gluten free!  Other preparations include twice baked sweet potatoes, scones, and more!

Wednesday, November 1st at 6pm brings the soufflé into focus.  How does a soufflé become light and airy?  Come find out.  We will make both sweet and savory soufflé preparations.

All classes are $65 and include hands on cooking instruction, all ingredients and equipment.  Reservations required and a 50% deposit will confirm your reservation.  Tickets available at or e-mail vintagekitchencookingclasses@gmail.ccom.
