Pork Burger

pork burger

I get a lot of ground pork from the local farm and it is excellent!  I am always looking for new ways to use it and this time is was a new burger.  I mixed the pork with Worcestershire sauce, ground sage, crushed red pepper, and a chopped apple.  Once grilled, it was topped with Cooper cheese, bacon, and pepper jelly.  Fantastic!

Adult Class

While the kid’so camps take over Vintage Kitchen, don’t miss the adult class on July 19th. Bryant will lead a tasting menu from Anthony Bourdain’s cookbook so that you can “try it before you buy it” and you will want to buy it.

SIDE NOTE: Bryant did not buy the book…I gave it to him for Christmas!

The class cost is $50 per person and includes hands on  cooking instruction, all ingredients and equipment.

the class is BYOB if you are over 21.
